Tracevora DPP is a software platform operated by Kyriacos Sakkas under the trade name Tracevora.eu and provides tools for creating and managing Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and related sustainability documentation.

Tracevora DPP is a SaaS platform that assists with the creation and management of EU Digital Product Passports, including QR generation, materials data, AI-assisted document extraction, multilingual translation and scan analytics.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must be of legal age.
You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or send spam, (c) infringe intellectual property, (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, rate-limit circumvention), (e) reverse engineer or resell the service, or (f) upload illegal, deceptive or harmful content.
Tracevora DPP provides software tools that assist users in creating and managing Digital Product Passports and related sustainability documentation.
Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of all information entered, uploaded, generated, published, or shared through the platform.
Tracevora DPP does not guarantee compliance with the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), Digital Product Passport requirements, or any other national or international legislation.
The platform may provide AI-assisted recommendations, generated text, classifications, suggestions, or other automated outputs (including document extraction and translation).
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content before relying upon it for regulatory, legal, commercial, sustainability, or compliance purposes. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs and for having the rights to upload them. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without human oversight. We may filter or refuse outputs, and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights. Rights-holders may submit takedown notices to support@tracevora.eu.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing cadence, taxes, renewals, cancellation mechanics and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. While Tracevora DPP aims to maintain high availability, reliability, and security, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
Customers may export their data during the active subscription period.
Following account termination, suspension, or deletion, customers remain responsible for retaining any required backups and exported records. Tracevora DPP shall not be liable for customer data retention obligations after account closure beyond any legally required retention period.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, with exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
