30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Tracevora DPP subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@tracevora.eu with your order reference and we will assist.

After the 30-day window

Beyond the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion and may be considered for service issues attributable to us. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account is moved to the Free tier — no further charges are made.
