DPP generator: create EU Digital Product Passports in minutes

Tracevora's DPP generator is purpose-built for EU manufacturers and brands that need to issue ESPR-aligned Digital Product Passports, and tracking the EN 18216–18223 Digital Product Passport standards published in 2026, without writing code or hiring an integrator. Enter your product data once and Tracevora produces the structured passport, the dynamic QR code and the hosted public page in a single workflow.

Each passport stays in sync with your master data, your suppliers' evidence and your published certificates — so the QR code on a product printed today still resolves to accurate information years later.

How the generator works

  1. Create your company workspace and invite your team and suppliers.
  2. Add a product manually or import from CSV.
  3. Fill the required ESPR fields — materials, origin, repairability, carbon data, certificates.
  4. Tracevora generates a dynamic QR code and a permanent passport URL.
  5. Print the QR on the product or packaging. Updates are live instantly.

Bulk passport generation

Brands rarely publish a single passport — they publish thousands. Tracevora's import/export pipeline accepts CSV with field-level validation, so you can upload a full catalogue, fix any rejected rows and publish a whole season's worth of passports at once. Updates flow through the same channel.

Built for compliance teams, not developers

The generator enforces the ESPR data model on every save: required fields, allowed values, document types and language coverage. Compliance teams can review, sign off and lock passports before they go live, and roll back to any previous version if a correction is needed.

Frequently asked questions

What does a DPP generator do?
A DPP generator turns your product master data, supplier evidence and compliance documents into a publishable Digital Product Passport: a structured data record, a dynamic QR code and a hosted public page that consumers and authorities can scan.
How long does it take to generate a DPP with Tracevora?
A first passport can be issued in under five minutes by filling the required ESPR fields. Bulk import via CSV lets brands publish thousands of passports at once and update them centrally.
Do I need a developer to create Digital Product Passports?
No. Tracevora is a no-code platform built for product, quality and compliance teams. Developers can still use our import format and webhooks for ERP / PLM integration.
Are the generated QR codes GS1-compatible?
Not yet. Tracevora issues dynamic QR codes that resolve to your passport and can be redirected without reprinting. GS1 Digital Link URI support is on our roadmap. Under EN 18219, five identifier schemes are permitted — GS1 Digital Link is one of them.
Can I update a passport after printing the QR code?
Yes. The QR code resolves to a permanent Tracevora URL. You can update the passport content — materials, repair info, certificates — at any time without reprinting labels.
