Compliance disclaimer
Tracevora DPP (operated by Kyriacos Sakkas under the trade name Tracevora.eu) provides software tools that assist users in preparing Digital Product Passports based on the EU ESPR framework (Regulation (EU) 2024/1781). Exact mandatory fields may differ by product category and future delegated acts. Users remain solely responsible for verifying legal compliance for their product category.
The platform may provide AI-assisted recommendations, generated text, classifications, suggestions, or other automated outputs. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content before relying upon it for regulatory, legal, commercial, sustainability, or compliance purposes.
The information you enter is stored and displayed as-is. We do not verify the accuracy of carbon footprint values, certifications, supplier declarations, or compliance documents. Third-party verification (e.g. ISO 14067, GOTS, CE) requires accredited bodies outside this tool.
For battery, electronics, textile, construction, and other regulated categories, consult the relevant delegated act and your notified body before publishing a passport for commercial purposes. Tracevora DPP does not guarantee compliance with ESPR, Digital Product Passport requirements, or any other national or international legislation.
